Introductory Workout

Our process begins with a discussion of your goals and concerns. The potential for gains in STRENGTH are very high. This added strength results in bringing hope for a lifetime of less pain, better balance, and more confidence.
Meet with
a trainer

Regardless of your fitness level, you and a trainer will design a plan that fits your health and fitness goals. From there, you will connect with a trainer each week to accomplish on-going challenges, assessments, and program adjustments.
Recover and
regenerate.

Your strength training sessions will be challenging, but NOT dangerous. It’s important to get plenty of rest afterwards. During this rest period, your muscles regenerate and get stronger.
How Strong in
15 Works
Contrary to popular belief, exercise doesn’t have to be time consuming to generate positive results. STRENGTH training with no impact completed in 15 minutes with at least 48 hours for recovery works the best. We combine ARX Strength training with body-weight training to gain full range of motion which promotes healing and improves performance.
